Most Expensive Top Three Houston Property Listings

River Oaks has been rated as one of the top three most expensive Houston property listings with an average price of more than $1,500,000 to more than $15 million dollars! It is full of mansions and old estate homes with the priciest one consisting of more than 16,000 square feet and six bedrooms that went for almost $16 million!

Another is Southampton Place, with homes averaging close to a million dollars apiece, which is located in the Inner Loop close to Houston hubs.

Next comes Royden Oaks, which also averages around $1.5 million for homes. These are preferred because they are close to the downtown and Galleria areas Houston.

Next Three Expensive Houston Home Listings Area

Next in line is Oak Estates, also with a median price of around $1.5 million and up. It is full of renovated estates from the 1940s along with new mansions.

Then comes West University Place, which is not much cheaper at an average of $1.4 million per home. It is beloved for the West University elementary school.

Third is Tanglewood homes at an average cost per home of $1.3 million. It has ranch homes, new construction, Mediterranean and contemporary style homes.

Rounding out the bottom of top 9 most expensive Houston property listings are the communities of Avalon Place at a median cost of $1.2 million each, as well as Rice Court with an average cost of about a million dollars, and Monticello, with an average cost per home of around $900,000.
